Instructions for adding an example to this wiki

Do you have a great example of a user contribution system that you don't already see on this wiki?  Great!  Why don't you add it so we can all learn from the best out there.  To contribute your example, just create a new wiki page using the step by step instructions.  Once you've created the page using our template, you might want to add it to the right box in the UCS taxonomy chart with examples and to the specific taxonomy category pages (e.g. pages like Opinions and ratings or Buying behavior).
